Casa Mexico Blanco Tequila is a pure expression of Jalisco’s famed Highlands, crafted entirely from mature blue agave grown in the mineral-rich red clay soils of the region. Each agave is handpicked at peak ripeness, showcasing the dedication to quality from field to bottle. The piñas undergo a slow, traditional cooking process in brick ovens for two days, followed by crushing in a tahona mill, which retains the agave’s natural flavors. The juice then undergoes natural fermentation and is distilled twice in copper alambique stills, resulting in a pristine, all-natural Blanco tequila.
With a crystal–clear appearance and a profile of clean, bright flavors, Casa Mexico Blanco offers a refreshing mix of crisp melon and delicate pear notes, underscored by subtle herbal undertones characteristic of the Highlands terroir.
