Casa Mexico Añejo Tequila is crafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, México, where the mineral-rich red clay soil nurtures the region’s signature blue agave. Each agave is handpicked at peak maturity, then cooked slowly in traditional brick ovens for two days to enhance depth of flavor. Crushed with a tahona mill, the juice undergoes natural fermentation and is twice distilled in copper alambique stills, creating a robust foundation for aging. The tequila then rests for 12 months in American white oak barrels, allowing the spirit to develop its warm amber hue and distinctive character.
On the palate, Casa Mexico Añejo offers a refined balance of clean, nutty flavors with notes of toasted agave and subtle smoked oat, inviting drinkers into its smooth, layered complexity.
