The extracted agave juice, obtained through a roller mill, is then combined with natural spring water to highlight the agave’s natural sweetness. Fermentation is conducted in stainless steel tanks using only the agave sugars and without fibers, which results in a purer agave flavor. The tequila is distilled twice in stainless steel pots. This tequila is aerated to enhance its smoothness and is additive free, offering a clean, authentic taste that reflects its meticulous production and heritage.
